Blood biomarkers to distinguish transient ischaemic attack and minor ischaemic stroke from mimics
Join us to hear from Ms Deeksha Sharma, final year PhD candidate with the Stroke Research Programme at the University of Adelaide. She will be presenting some of her work which is using plasma samples to identify potential biomarkers for differentiation between transient ischaemic attacks (TIAs), TIA mimics, and minor ischaemic strokes to reduce the risk of subsequent ischaemic stroke.
