As consumers, we expect all our food to be safe to eat but matching our expectations and behaviours are key in navigating in these economically challenging times.

Dr Ioana Lock is the laboratory manager / post-Doc researcher at AgriFoodX Ltd with expertise and a passion for food safety. She is a committee member of RSB Yorkshire and when not consulting on food safety matters can be found hiking in North Yorkshire Moors.
