Terms

This competition is open to any members of the Royal Society of Biology who are also amateur photographers both in and outside of the UK (i.e. as long as you earn less than 50% of your annual income through photography).
Entrants can enter the Photographer of the Year category if they are aged 19 or over on the competition's closing date.
Each entrant may enter up to six photographs into the competition.
Images should be high resolution JPEG or PNG files and no larger than 10MB in size.
Entrants must fill in all sections of the entry form.

Photographers are requested to consider their own welfare and that of other individuals and they take care in their attempt get their photographs. Past photographs can be submitted into the competition as long as these have not won or been shortlisted in any competition previously.
AI created images are not allowed in this competition.
